I blog because I love to talk about the things that I enjoy. I also blog because I want to inspire and encourage an older generation, or anyone in fact, to get outside and enjoy the great outdoors.

However, the cost of blogging (once a free pastime) is rising. Blog packages, other than the basic, now come with annual costs, as do URL’s such as onthehills.uk or canthecar.uk. I also have a graphic artist who produces some of my images.
